General Informations
A 30% deposit is required while booking your stay at the Dune Village Resort. The balance will be paid 7 days before your arrival to: Costa Adriatica S.p.A. BIC ICRAITRRGVO writing your name and surname, period of stay, arrival and departure date from the Village. Your reservation will be accepted as soon as we receive your deposit and send you a written confirmation of your booking.
Booking cancellation: 10% of the cost of your stay for cancellations made up to 30 working days before the arrival. 25% of the cost of your stay for cancellations made from 29 to 15 working days before your arrival. 50% of the cost of your stay from 14 to 3 working days before your arrival. 100% of the cost of your stay after this period.

• Period of stay: the week from 13/08 to 20/08 must be added to the previous or the following one.

• In case of early leaving for natural calamities or for circumstances beyond our control, no reimbursement will be given.

• All the guests have to wear the identification bracelet received at their arrival at the Village, for the whole period of their stay at the Dune Village Resort.

• Rooms and houses are available from 5.00 p.m. (arrival day) and they must be left free by 09.00 a.m. (departure day).

• In the houses are not admitted more people than the ones provided in the different types of lodging.

• The private beach (equipped from 14/05 to 01/10) includes 2 sun beds and a beach umbrella to each housing unit, from 5th to 12th row.

• Small animals are admitted but they are not admitted in the private beach, in the kids playground and in the common areas (except the outdoor bar piazzetta). Pets must be on a leash and clients must provide themselves with cleaning kit.

• The unattended parking is available to cars, motorbikes and rubber boats (one car or one motorbike per each apartment)..

• The use of bikes is not allowed in the Dune Village.
